Didn't feel like writing posts lately, especially now that term time has started.. Even if I am no blogging, I'll nevertheless still keep YOU in mind, ok? Hee..
Anyway, my sis has ROMed on the 8th Jan @ Grand Plaza Parks Hotel. V happy for her.. Will post some pictures later..
My SM - Kathy has resigned, and the replacement (my new SM) is Cheng Lie, who happens to be known as CL like me! Wow!! She's a very pleasant Manager and I like her very much! The AM - Thiam Soon is leaving this Fri too, to join back his previous company. Sigh.. Will be less joyful without him around, and the new replacement would not be coming in that early, cos Han Leng said she there are no suitable candidates yet. Anyway, glad the other SM - Yew Khan is still here! :) I'm happy that work is so good so far and with good boss, managers and colleagues. =)
Thiam Soon's wife has delivered in late Jan. His little princess is called Chloe Lee (Ke1 Ying2). Eh, another CL like me. Very adorable. Thiam Soon just shown Chloe's pictures to us today, Chloe is so cute! Now I have two baby 1st month cake card yet to be collected..
Ms Aw has given birth to prince Benedict on 20th Feb too! She is now recuperating at home. Hope she is feeling better cos she said the 2nd one is more painful. Hope my friends and I can visit her, Mr Ong, her baby and Shandy soon! Shandy should be reaching two yrs old in May.. ^_^
Watched "Ah Long Pte Ltd" two weeks ago. The show was satisfactory - Not as good as what I have expected.. Gave a miss on "CJ7" and "Kung Fu Dunk" even though I heard they were nice. More interested to catch Li Lin and Qi Yu Wu on "The Leap Years." Hee.. Looking forward to next week to watch the movie!
Of course, apart from all the above, I was in a happy mood cos it was three of my friends' birthday this month.. Xiang Hui Jiejie on the 18th, Marcus on the 19th and Gina on the 23rd! Happy birthday to the "Shou Xin Gong and Shou Xing Po(s)." Keke..
Am also excited to going out with Sin Yen - the Accounts gal whom I have always been interacting with from SembCorp Properties Group. Met her at the EY Budget Seminar last Fri. We finally gonna go out! Yeah!
I was also busy on finding a mentor on my CPA Program after Kathy has left on early Feb. Wanna ask Cheng Lie or Yew Khan, but they were not CPAs. Luckily I have managed to get help from my ex-IRAS senior - Joleen Jiejie for help! Having her as my new mentor will be great, cos we are kinda close and she is so sweet, capable and approachable. Somemore, she is also from CPA Australia and Singapore. What's coincident is that she used to be under Han Leng when she was in PWC. Now, Han Leng is my boss.. Keke..
Ah ma (Grandma) and big uncle weren't well and were hospitalised before CNY, but we were really relieved that they could be discharged for reunion during CNY. Big uncle might have to go for a small surgery on his eyes. I hope he will be fully recovered soon.. Loved to see Juncong and Shuying too!Currently "addicted" to Ocean's song "Wo3 shi4 ni3 de4 tian1 kong1." This is also the theme song for the 9pm drama "Yuan2 Zi1 Hui4" which has ended.. and Guang Liang's songs "Yan1 huo3" and "Bu4 hui4 fen1 li2." :)Gonna sign off le..Will continue another day..
