Hi people,
Cailuan here. =) I have read through quite a number of my good friends' blogs.. Keke.. Have given some serious thoughts on it too, and decided that I should create one, especially now that my exams are over. Gee.. Would like to express my heartfelt thanks to some good friends of mine - you guys have given me the urge to create my blog, when I frequent all of your pages reading all the interesting encounters and experiences you have. Thank you for sharing them with me! =D
Pardon me if my English Language has not been exactly fabulous, ya? :) This blog was initiated because of a great influence of a colleague - Yong Hau (gege), who also happens to be my cousin - Yu Hui jiejie's good friend as well. Apart from that, he is also my senior from the Accountancy course, having the same surname and working with him on the Group Relief assessments in IRAS. Haha.. I guess he has indeed left a tremendous impact on me and our colleagues at IRAS. (",) Thank you Yong Hau for placing the lovely soft toy and the touching message on my workstation, when I came back from the Deepavali time-off yesterday. No doubt, I was moved and somehow in tears by what his actions. I have read everything - from his farewell emails to our division - CT-Gen and to our fellow colleagues. All of us have appreciated his kind efforts and sincerity in the messages - I have always been impressed by his sincerity, friendliness, helpfulness, caring-ness, generosity, how he initiated to write testimonials for us, and of course, his nice gestures of describing and thanking us on our messages individually. ;-)
The following message was what he has written to me:-
"Cailuan ... the forever responsible and diligent ger ^_^ hmmm ... we have somehow interwined our life with each other … due to some other common persons that we both know and I guess it is a kind of fate that brought us to the same working place and somehow you ended up being part of the GR team … hmmm … now that I know you will not be alone in GR team … I can leave with more ease ^_^ i m glad to see you learning more and more ... getting familiarised with your work also ... remember ... studies is still of paramount importance oh... i know you will make it through your degree ... juz a matter of how well it will be =Pp wishing you all the best for your future and all that you do ... take good care also ... shall see you around someday ^_^"
Hmm.. really glad yet thankful to have Yong Hau and Raymond whom have both showered extra concern to me, and giving me all kinds of “jin(1) pai(2) ling(4) jian(4)” during their stay in IRAS. My friend told me the reason of Yong Hau’s overstays in IRAS might be, to a certain extent, because of me. I am not certain of that, but am grateful from the bottom of my heart. Really blessed to know them and hope we would stay in touch. *Smile* =P
Gee.. This post was being saved as a draft; I actually typed it out halfway and let my good friend - Doris to view it before it was being published online. Haha.. *Relieved* when she commented "good wor", and so I proceeded on.. I am delighted to have so many nice friends around me. I would like to say - My life would not have been that joyful without all of you… ;) Hehe.. I better end now, in case my friends fall asleep reading my 1st post. If not, my friends might not read my posts and I wouldn’t be able to continue. *Lol*.. Erm.. Looking forward to the Batam trip on Saturday, Yu Fen jiejie’s wedding next Wednesday, and writing my 2nd post, ya? >.^
Cheers!
