Bumped into my cousin in the train today! Pure coincident 'cos I came out from house slightly late. Thinking that I still have time, I did not want to rush for the train which was approaching in a minute time. Took out my notes to read in the train; and surprisingly, Yuanting patted me from behind.. Haha!! Had I not walked towards the middle cabin, I would not have met her. I guess it was fated that we would see each other! In fact, before that, I was thinking of my blog and Chengfeng who has done such a nice blog for me, and his sister appeared. *Grin* :D
Helpdesk was taxing yesterday cos it is peak period, and majority of the companies whose year-end is 31 Dec would file ECI now. Total calls I received and follow-ups were around 85. Additionally, there were a few installment plans to do.
One of the TaxPayers - Christina was extremely pleasant. In fact, I did follow-ups - called her and from strangers, we had a good time chatting together on the installment issue. Christina was very pleasant yet polite and it was a joy to speak to her. However, because she did not call in to apply for the installment plan last month, we could only grant six installments, although she has e-filed for her company within the stipulated period. I do understand her company's situation of having "the more installments the better" as her company is newly-incorporated and might be financially tight, and when tax payable was approximately $14,000. How I really wish I can give Christina more installments...
Had project consultation with our lecturer last night and reached home at 11.10pm. Saw Keith looking completely worn-out when he arrived. I really sympathize with him and my other friends who are working at the Bi4s. Seeing them this way make me kinda heartpain. I hope peak period ends soon and my friends to have more time to rest..
Hmm.. I am going home to do projects le..
Goodbye, my friends.. :)
