This date makes me think of the statutory deadline for the submission of Company's income tax returns for those who have manually filed their ECI. Glad for my peers and seniors at IRAS that the peak period is over!
Sorry to my dear friends who have always been visiting my site, but I did not write any posts. I apologise for the disappointment caused to you, ok? Hope you guys don't mind, as our "mouse" is not working well and I didn't intend to upload any pictures at the moment. I think it's basically too time-consuming without the "mouse!" Haha!
Have been to the plant-tour of our subsidiaries and related companies at Jurong Island last Friday. Wow.. I can only use a word to describe, i.e. "Fantastic!" Very enlightening and enjoyable, especially when my colleagues have cracked so many jokes. I wondered if I was there "learning" or "laughing." Really couldn't be helped, 'cos they really have a great sense of humour! Thanks to Yew Khan, Thiam Soon and Liang Zhang! I'm very honoured and pleased to be a part of SCI's Group Tax! :)
I will always have lunch with my two other peers from SembCorp Utilities (SCU). They are Gina and Li Shan. The latter is my pri school friend and my degree coursemate. She's also a friend of my good friend sine kindergarten. Very coincident hor? *Wink* ^_^
I got to know Gina through Li Shan. She's two years older than me (like Ah En jiejie), and is like a sister to me! We are very close too! Love both of their companies at work and at lunch, even though I will eat out with my dept occasionally too!
By the way, I think we are prohibited to use MSN at work, but Internet can! I am comfortable with that, 'cos I do not like to chat at MSN during work (but I'm fine with chatting via emails!)
Perhaps.. perhaps.. I will not be writing on too many posts, cos I will like to put in more effort and time in my CPA course after work..
.. but friends, we can still keep in touch, ya? ^_^
